Boyden House Bed and Breakfast

Built in 1872, the Boyden House Inn was renovated in 1987 and has been a successful Grand Haven B&B ever since. This beautiful and historic Grand Haven bed and breakfast is a short walk from downtown and offers 8 charming rooms and suites with air-conditioning and flat-screen TVs, a guest library, and free homemade breakfast.

The Carriage House room has two queen beds, two sofas, a kitchenette, and a private bath. The Honeymoon Suite features a cozy fireplace, access to a covered porch, and a Jacuzzi tub for two. The spacious Executive Suite is furnished with a gas hearth, a large soaking tub, and original hardwood floors.

The Boyden House B&B is only half a mile from the Grand Haven Musical Fountain and one mile from Grand Haven State Park. It’s a short walk from the artisan pizzas and Mexican food of Rustic Roots restaurant and the coffee and pastries at Jumpin’ Java.

The Harbor House Inn

This riverside Grand Haven inn is located across from the Grand Haven Boardwalk and features free Wi-Fi, a homemade breakfast, and a shared screened-in porch overlooking the Grand Haven channel and the Musical Fountain. The Harbor House Inn is one of the top places to stay in Grand Haven.

All 19 rooms at the Grand Haven Harbor House Inn include either a king or queen bed, flat-screen TVs, and private baths. Fourteen of the rooms also boast fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. Some of the rooms give you a great view of the boats and ships going up and down the Grand River.

Looking Glass Beachfront Inn

This lakeside Grand Haven inn is located on a sand dune overlooking Lake Michigan, a short walk from the Grand Haven Lighthouse and pier. You’ll find many beautiful common areas, movie and game libraries, and a laid-back breakfast the inn describes as “Beach Casual.” The Looking Glass has one of the best views out of all the places to stay in Grand Haven.

The spacious and recently renovated rooms have flat-screen TVs with cable and free Wi-FI. Each includes a private bathroom, some with jetted tubs. The Sand Room suite boasts full views of the beach and Lake Michigan.

The Grand Haven Looking Glass Beachfront Inn rotates through about 20 different breakfast recipes, always with at least one hot dish (such as pina colada pancakes or Mexican chorizo casserole) and your choice of beverages, including locally roasted coffee. The Washington Street Inn

Situated just outside of the restaurants and attractions of downtown Grand Haven, the Washington Street Inn is a registered historic landmark with bright rooms that feature queen size beds and beautiful hardwood flooring.

The beachside Grand Haven State Park is an option if you’re looking for camping in Grand Haven. It has sites on asphalt with RV hookups, just steps from the sandy beach. There is drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, and a playground.

If camping isn’t for you, you can rent the Grand Haven Lodge, an ADA-accessible three-bedroom ranch house complete with a modern kitchen, laundry, gas grill, and fire pit.
